Love to see Sonia getting some love! I enjoyed this so much I wish you’d go through and extend this. C:Legends is an unfairly maligned game and really doesn’t need a lot of changes to be very good. The bat and ghost behavior is especially appreciated. IDK what they were thinking for those enemies in the OG Gameboy Castlevanias. Thanks for sharing this with us!
It's a solid game. A very fun castlevania. The artwork & graphics are pretty. I love the music as well. A nice meaty demo. It ends with a boss fight. But, the rape grabbing mechanic was only working 50% of the time for me. that's where most of my deaths came from. I had trouble with that & the "Mario trick jump." It's where you have to stand on the edge, jump, & let the top of a brick hit your head. So you can do a short jump. It was a skill issue. I haven't played a retro Mario game in mmmm 2018 or 2019. Overall, the demo was fun 💁🏾♀️ just had too get good. Ohh yeah, I noticed i was only immune to attacks during the slide at the middle of the animation. Not at the begging or end.
Hey buddy, your description of the rope grabbing mechanic has a typo you might want to correct. Just a heads up. I have made that exact same typo, too.
